Electronic Devices

The Lotus Spa requires all cell phones and or pagers be turned OFF prior to entering the spa.


Children

We do not offer childcare. Please make sure this is arranged prior to arriving to the spa.


Medical Information

Please alert The Lotus Spa of ANY allergies, medications, or procedures you have or have had PRIOR to your appointment.


Cancellations & Fees

Cancellations require a 24 hour notice. Any cancellation received less than 24 hours will be assessed a 50.00 cancellation fee.


Reservations for Mobile Spa Services

A credit card is required to reserve in home appointment times. Guests that cancel appointment times less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the treatment scheduled.
